In-House Patent Attorney (outsourced), Chemistry

In-House Patent Attorney (outsourced), Chemistry

Right, so you want to work in house. But you also like some of the benefits of being in private practice. You want to do much more of what an in-house attorney would do; providing commercial advice; IP capture, licensing and offensive and defensive patent strategy. But you’re not entirely sure if that’s all you want to do.

What you need is a that job hunting cliché – the best of both worlds.

And as if you haven’t guessed where this is going, we think this role is just that.

No, we’re not kidding.

The organisation you would be working for are quite unorthodox. One of the ways that unorthodoxy is exhibited is the relationship with their clients – it is far less hands off than might be typical; they often act as in-house counsel, working with heads of legal where organisations do not have an in-house IP team. You will be in a role with influence, a role where you are key in determining the future of IP portfolios.

They have a great deal of work for you to do so you will enjoy variety and the opportunity to pursue your technical interests. They’re also fully remote. No need to go in to an office, you could be based anywhere in the UK.

Intrigued? Of course you are. Well, if you’re a UK and European qualified Patent Attorney with a technical background in chemistry, get in touch. We’ll have a chat.
